No manual or instructions. No reference to the required battery specs. I took off the caps and water leaked out. I’m in a time pinch so I don’t have time to return the heater and pump and repurchase from a more reputable vendor. Maybe you only get reliable customer service and fair treatment from Ben if you’re part of his special hot dog mafia club.

Before I purchased the water pump I had purchased the American Dreams hot water heater. This was full of problems. The holes were not cut out for the Big Dog Cart. I had to tie battery holder to side of heater. I had to replace the wiring harness, with harness from old heater. The new harness had a broken wire. Now everything works fine. Thanks for your help

I had a difficult time with some troubleshooting, kept calling and got Ben’s recording, after about three day Ben answered, it was about 9:00 in the a.m. he did not sound to pleased so I did not bother with my question. Everything had damage bent parts broken plastic pieces on pump. Makes no sense to me for you to stuff water pump and battery in with heater and remove the protective styrofoam that heater comes packed in. I understand now why you have alot of bad reviews

Unit arrived sound inside main package of order, but it’s own box was torn as if opened aggressively. The instructions were missing and nothing on the box. The two 3/8″ elbows were enclosed but the hose retaining clips were missing.
No where on the pump or the box was the country of manufacture indicating it was a knock-off.

This pump is price-friendly. Easy to install. (Ben has a video) When using the included tubing/hose adapters I had to work on them a little to get them to seal and seat properly but otherwise the pump works just fine and I didn’t pay more than I needed.

The first time I bought one of these pumps I thought, What a “Rinky-Dink” little thing this is. How could it ever do the job… Much to my suprise, it worked like a champ!!! I have bought another (I build concession trailers as a hobby) and it worked great also. I will continue to use these pumps in my trailers and am very satisfied with them. They don’t put out the pressure that a house has but, who needs it on a cart of trailer. I would recommend this little pump to anyone with confidence.
